Pressure Grouting Team Leader

We are looking to add a Pressure Grouting Team Leader with experience in the Pressure Grouting industry to join our rapidly growing team. Please send your resume to info@SiteMixGrouting.com.

Requirements: (Meaning it’s not optional)

  • Must have experience in the pressure grouting industry, that may include compaction grouting, permeation grouting, low-density cellular concrete, pipe abandonment grouting, annular space grouting, chemical grouting, or poly lifting.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test before hiring and periodically while employed.
  • Must have a valid Georgia driver’s license. A CDL is NOT required but you will need to have and maintain a clean driving record. No recent DUIs, super speeder, etc.…
  • Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card.
  • Must be capable of very strenuous physical work including lifting heavy objects and access confines spaces including manholes and pipes.


Required Skills:

  • Reading Comprehension — Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
  • Mathematical — The ability to add/subtract, multiply/divide, calculate percentages and times, quickly and correctly.
  • Coordination — Adjusting actions in relation to others’ actions.
  • Time Management — Managing one’s own time and the time of others.
  • Management of Personnel Resources — Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
  • Speaking — Talking to others to convey information effectively.
  • Instructing — Teaching others how to do something; continually training your replacement.
  • Management of Material Resources — Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work.


Job Description:

  • Essentially, the Team Lead will have enough knowledge of our work to be able to supervise a crew on a job involving pressure grouting or the manufacture and application of low-density cellular concrete.
  • Arrive at a job site with a crew and be able to read a service agreement for repair and effectively interact with the customer. Be able to get a crew started on the required work to complete the jobs.
  • Be able to lead crews and complete certain tasks with little to no help. A Team Lead should be able to solve problems and answer simple questions from other Team Members. Be able to talk and meet with customers and help them understand the entire process.
  • The Team Lead will take the main leadership role in coordinating the load list and making sure the trucks are ready to deploy the next workday.
  • Safely operate ALL equipment/tools used for grouting.
  • Be able to read and fully understand various literature/manuals on grouting types and methods.
  • Be able to read and fully understand various literature/manuals pertaining to any/all other aspects of our work.
  • Follow established safety rules and regulations, maintain a safe and clean environment, and help enforce safety rules and guidelines.
  • Use and properly care for all equipment as if it were your very own.


Job Type:
Full-time

Pay will be commensurate with experience.

Guaranteed hours and paid vacation.

  • Essentially, the Grout Tech will have enough knowledge of our work to be able to function as a productive and trusted member of a grouting crew.
  • Technician must follow instruction from the Team Lead in loading trucks, setting up equipment on the job, and safely operating and maintaining equipment.
  • Be able to read and fully understand various literature/manuals on grouting methods and equipment.
  • Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Use and properly care for all equipment as if it were your very own.


Job Type:
Full-time

Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 /hour
